A discussion with the OfS of the dhv, Richard Strauss and LV/America OfS, James Akin-Otiko of the trial rules and procedures for helperwork. This is followed by intensive field practice and instruction, ending up with multiple upgrades and certification of new helpers in the DVG America Helper program.
